"Mr. Peanut"
As part of its 100th Anniversary in 2006, Planters commissioned a life-size commemorative statue of Mr. Peanut. This is the first statue of its kind and it is to be mounted on the Atlantic City boardwalk in Kennedy Plaza where the city will rename a stretch of the boardwalk "Planters Way."
